Terms of Use
Last updated: September 15, 2026
By using Trajo, you accept the following terms. The service is provided by M2atech Solutions Inc. to licensed real estate brokerages, and to their agents and clients.
1. The service
Trajo is software as a service (SaaS): automatic mileage tracking, linking to showings and listings, mileage reports, buyer relationship management and client portal. M2atech Solutions Inc. retains full ownership of the software, the brand, the data model and the architecture. The brokerage receives a non-exclusive, non-transferable right of use for the duration of its subscription.
2. Your data
The brokerage's business data (agents, clients, trips, showings) belongs to it. It may request a full export at any time and at the end of the contract; the data is then deleted according to the privacy policy.
3. Mileage accuracy
Measured mileage depends on GPS signal, phone settings and granted permissions. A trip marked “estimated” was not measured. The agent remains responsible for checking trips and odometer readings before filing a tax return. The service is not tax advice.
4. Accounts and security
Each account is personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for actions taken with your account. Report any unauthorized access without delay.
5. Acceptable use
It is forbidden to use the service to monitor a person without their knowledge, to re-expose listing data outside the rules of the brokerage's MLS licence, to send unsolicited messages, or to attempt to access another brokerage's data.
6. Subscription
The subscription is billed per brokerage, per active agent, according to the licence agreement. It renews automatically and may be terminated under the terms of that agreement.
7. Availability and liability
M2atech Solutions Inc. uses reasonable means to keep the service available and backed up, without guarantee of uninterrupted operation. To the extent permitted by law, its liability is limited to the amounts paid by the brokerage over the last twelve months.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New Brunswick and the applicable federal laws of Canada. Any dispute falls under the courts of New Brunswick.
